Basic Kit Function

Our basic cmm fixturing kit contains an assortment of standoffs, pin rest pads, and soft touch clamps for use with a fixture plate with 1/4-20 threaded holes. Using the components in this kit, quality managers should be able to build at least 1 to 2 simple part fixtures. For larger parts or additional fixture setups, our comprehensive CMM fixturing kit is recommended. It may also be necessary to add on to your kit with other components such as our 3" height standoffs available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" diameters or our fixture towers for fixturing parts in a vertical orientation.
