Magnetic CMM Fixturing Component Pack Funtion
Our magnetic cmm fixturing component pack offers quality managers a quick and easy solution for holding steel parts during CMM inspection. With magnetic clamping, parts are held in position without limiting probe access which can sometimes result from strap type clamps. To optimize the components in this magnetic kit, it may be helpful to add on several heights of standoffs as well as our Delrin® Holders for Magnetic Vee Standoffs, which help to align 2 or more vees for holding cylindrical parts. We also offer a Magnetic Vee Block outside of this kit for holding larger cylindrical parts.
