Mounting Information
Each of our aluminum fixture towers comes with a steel base with slots and knurled knob studs for fastening it down to your fixture plate. The 1 row CMM fixture towers have only 2 slots in the base, while the 2 row CMM fixture towers come with 4 slots in a wider base for added rigidity.

Building Fixtures with TE-CO CMM Fixture Towers
The purpose of the fixture towers are to provide a vertical part fixturing solution for CMM fixturing applications. More specifically, CMM fixture towers are especially beneficial when you have longer parts that need to be oriented in an upright position between 2 or more towers. Fixture towers are also applicable when you have a relatively flat part and you need to inspect each of its sides. In this application, CMM fixturing towers make it possible to fixture the part(s) vertically in 1 fixture setup reducing fixturing time and the number of programs needed from 2 to 1.
