JIS Mounting
The Tooling Block or Plate is located onto a pallet by using two edges that have been precision machined that are perpendicular or 90 degree to each other. The Tooling Block or Plate is then located so that these surfaces are tight against the locators on the pallet. Socket Head Cap Screws are then used to securely fasten the Tooling Block tight against the locators, and onto the Machine Pallet. For hole location specs, see graphic.
