Production Machinist (2nd Shift)

JOB SUMMARY: PRODUCTION MACHINIST (2ND SHIFT)

This role is ideal for candidates with prior assembly, manufacturing, or general production experience who are eager to learn machining. On-the-job training will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow into a machining role.

SHIFT HOURS: 4:15 p.m.-2:45 a.m. M-TH (will train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate production machines to manufacture metal parts.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality.
• File, sand, and finish parts as needed.
• Monitor machine operations and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist in process improvement and document production data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read instructions or blueprints.
• Competency in basic math and measurement.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
